James Smyth, the Voice of the 2010 NECBL Champion North Shore Navigators signed with the Myrtle Beach Pelicans, a Texas Ranger affiliate in the South Atlantic League.
Smyth was signed as a broadcaster for all Pelicans' 2011 games, handling both color and play-by-play duties. The Navigators extend their congratulations as James begins his journey to the Major Leauges!
